You sign in with Google. Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture; we never see your Google password. We use them to create your account, show your name on your certificates and in course discussions, and contact you about your courses.

We record the lessons you complete, the lesson you last opened, your quiz answers and scores, your certificate requests, what you post in course discussions, and the questions you type into Study Buddy (the course search). We use this to show your progress, to decide when a chapter or certificate unlocks, and, for Study Buddy questions, to improve the search. Instructors and administrators can see the progress of learners on their courses.

To discourage copying, lesson pages show your email address faintly over the text while you read. It is drawn in your browser and is not shared with anyone.

Payments are taken by Razorpay. We receive the order and payment reference, the amount and the plan you bought; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.

Each certificate has a public verification page at its own address, showing your name, the course title and the completion date, so that an employer can check it. Nobody can find that page without the certificate's address.

Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the academy is used: pages viewed, device and browser type and an approximate location. We use it in aggregate and do not link it to your account. See the cookie policy for how to withdraw.

Your account and learning records are kept while your account exists, so that your progress and certificates remain available. Payment records are kept for the period Indian tax law requires. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise everything else.

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to contact@haivisoft.ai from the email address you sign in with and we will respond within thirty days.
