Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or enrolling in a course you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the academy.

Your account is personal. Do not share your sign-in or let anyone else study under your account; certificates are issued to the person who completed the course.

A plan gives you access to a course for the period shown on the plan when you buy it. Your progress is kept when access ends and is there again if you renew.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the course page and are taken by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

All course material (text, code, images and quizzes) belongs to Haivisoft Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. It is licensed to you for your own learning only. You may not copy, record, republish or share it.

Keep course discussions about the course, and be civil. We may edit or remove posts that are off-topic, abusive or that share course material outside the course, and may suspend accounts that repeat it.

A certificate states that the named learner completed every lesson and passed every chapter quiz of the course. We may withdraw a certificate obtained in breach of these terms.

We take care to keep the courses accurate and available, but we do not warrant that they are free of error or interruption. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
